Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and working to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, overseeing the sales process, analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, and developing sales presentations. The Sales Manager will also be expected to collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure that sales strategies align with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, sales processes, and market analysis
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Analytical skills to develop and analyze sales reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
