Job Title: Manager Sales
Location: East Pune
Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available (Assistant Manager to Senior Manager)
Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate sales professionals who will be responsible for sourcing new clients and closing sales deals for our residential and commercial properties. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer relationships. Each position will have specific expectations and responsibilities tailored to the level of seniority.
Key Responsibilities:
- For Assistant Manager/Sales Executive:
Source new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- For Manager/Senior Manager:
Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Expectations:
General Expectations for All Positions:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is a plus.
Specific Expectations:
Assistant Manager: Ability to handle client queries, provide product knowledge, and assist in closing deals with minimal supervision.
Manager: Proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing a sales team.
Senior Manager: Extensive experience in sales management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the real estate sector. Ability to drive large-scale sales initiatives and manage high-stakes client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred for Senior Manager).
Minimum [2 years] of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Proven track record of successful sales performance.
