Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Education Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, providing training and mentoring to sales staff, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor a sales team
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Pune
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the coaching or training industry is a plus
