Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts and improve results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
