General Manager – Business Development (Facility Management / Industrial Asset Management Services)
Location: Pune / Mumbai / Ahmedabad
We are hiring a senior Business Development leader for a fast-growing Facility & Industrial Asset Management services organization. The role requires driving new business acquisition while building and leading a high-performance BD team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new logo acquisition across Industrial Facility Management (IFM) / Technical Services in Manufacturing/ Automotive Industries.
Personally drive end to end deal closures while building a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and execute business development strategies for manufacturing plants, Large industries and large infrastructure projects.
Engage with Plant Heads, Engineering Managers, Procurement, and Finance Leaders at target accounts.
Manage and mentor a BD team to deliver revenue growth.
Drive consultative solution selling around asset uptime, energy efficiency, compliance, and technical manpower deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Facility Management / Industrial Asset Management / Technical Services.
Proven track record of acquiring new logos and delivering revenue growth in industrial clients.
Currently in / or with prior experience at leading IFM/TSS companies (e.g., Sodexo, Compass, Quess, UDS, DTSS, Leadec, Colliers, Kalpataru, etc.).
Strong hunter DNA with ability to close strategic enterprise deals.
Experience in solution-based selling and contract management.
Leadership skills to manage BD teams while contributing as an individual contributor in the early stage.
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) + MBA in Marketing preferred.
