Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Senior Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts in the
EPC Solar industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of solar EPC solutions and a proven track record in B2B solar sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Identify and acquire new clients for solar EPC projects
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to meet KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, and project management)
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the
    solar or renewable energy
    sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of solar EPC solutions and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
