Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager with an MBA background to lead our B2B sales initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your strategic thinking, industry insights, and sales acumen to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in expanding our B2B client base and solidifying our position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the B2B sales strategy, identifying high-potential opportunities, and executing targeted outreach to property developers, real estate agencies, investors, and other relevant industry players.
- Utilize your MBA-level knowledge and market expertise to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, tailoring our offerings to deliver exceptional value.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the benefits of our property management solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring seamless client experiences and successful implementation of our services.
- Mentor and guide a team of B2B Sales Representatives, providing leadership, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously refine and adapt the B2B sales strategy.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and progress toward goals to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, property management, or related industries.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property investment landscape, and property management services.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
