Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive ERP sales.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners in assigned territories.
  • Work closely with partners to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals for ERP products.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective channel strategy, partner engagement, and market expansion.
  • Provide partners with product training, marketing support, and sales tools to strengthen collaboration.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company policies and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, and delivery) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine the channel sales strategy.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–16 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 3 years in ERP or software channel sales.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing channel partner networks.
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in selling ERP or enterprise software in India region
  • Familiarity with partner incentive programs and channel marketing initiatives.
