Channel Sales Manager- ERP

Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive ERP sales.
Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners in assigned territories.
Work closely with partners to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals for ERP products.
Achieve sales targets through effective channel strategy, partner engagement, and market expansion.
Provide partners with product training, marketing support, and sales tools to strengthen collaboration.
Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company policies and revenue objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, and delivery) to ensure smooth deal execution.
Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine the channel sales strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–16 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 3 years in ERP or software channel sales.
Proven track record in managing and growing channel partner networks.
Strong understanding of ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
Experience in selling ERP or enterprise software in India region
Familiarity with partner incentive programs and channel marketing initiatives.
