About the Role

As Design Cubes continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales professional to strengthen our partner network and drive business growth for our interior design services. This role focuses on building strategic alliances and managing channel relationships that fuel our growth momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners including real estate consultants, loan advisors, architects, builders, and other interior professionals.
  • Generate consistent business leads through partnerships and other sales channels.
  • Design and implement channel engagement programs, promotional campaigns, and partner incentive plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure alignment on offerings, pricing, and lead quality.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular management reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partner relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership management within a service-oriented or design-led industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong, long-term partner networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network in real estate, architecture, or interior design sectors preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree required; MBA/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
