Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with high-value channel partners within Bangalore's luxury real estate ecosystem.
- Leverage strong knowledge of property locations, pricing trends, project timelines, and customer demographics.
- Identify, onboard, and manage luxury real estate brokers and agents associated with premium property developers.
- Source high-value customers through established channel networks and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track, forecast, and optimize sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Address and resolve partner-related issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing and sales campaigns to enhance visibility and conversion.
- Nurture long-term relationships with partners and continuously grow the business network.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales within the Bangalore market.
- Strong understanding of the local property ecosystem, including brokers, developers, and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets.
- Motivated, goal-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in real estate or interior design industries preferred.
- Strong network of brokers, developers, and channel partners in Bangalore.
