Green Tiger Mobility is an ARAI-approved EV retrofitting OEM building India's largest authorized 2-wheeler EV retrofit network. With 1,000+ conversions, government approvals, and rapidly growing demand across Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities, we are expanding our dealer footprint.
This role is for a strong ground-execution leader who can build and scale our channel partner ecosystem across Karnataka.
Role Objective
Build, expand, and manage a high-quality dealer & retrofit partner network across Karnataka by onboarding capable entrepreneurs, ensuring complete setup readiness, training coordination, and enabling dealer success.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and shortlist prospective dealers in Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities in Karnataka
- Evaluate partners on business capability, intent, infrastructure suitability, and financial health
- Drive end-to-end onboarding — documentation, territory mapping, agreement execution
- Coordinate site planning and infrastructure setup
Dealer Enablement & Performance
- Ensure dealers are trained and fully operational (sales + technical ops)
- Ensure launch support: branding, opening event, local marketing support
- Create weekly/monthly dealer onboarding performance metrics and review dashboards
Market & Territory Development
- Map territories by RTO zones & vehicle density for prioritization
- Identify micro-markets, mechanic networks, and local influencers to support dealer growth
- Conduct on-ground visits, competitor checks, and demand-activation activities
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales Team, Operations Team, Training, and Marketing team to ensure effective handover of dealer to sales team post onboarding.
- Work closely with 3
rd
party partners like finance, insurance, etc to onboard the dealer onto their platforms.
Who Should Apply
- Experience in dealer network development, territory sales, or channel expansion
- Backgrounds that fit well:
- 2W EV players like Bgauss, Okaya, Lectrix, Okinawa, Hero Electric
- Emerging OEMs and e-mobility companies across L1 – L5 category
- Traditional OEMs Kinetic, Mahindra 2W, TVS, Bajaj, Hero (channel roles)
- Battery and Used vehicles dealer development/channel development
- 3–8 years experience in channel sales / dealer management
- Strong on-ground execution and relationship building
- Fluent in Kannada + English/Hindi preferred
- Comfortable traveling 10–15 days/month across Karnataka
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneur mindset — ability to identify and close good channel partners
- Deep field sales + dealer management capability
- Strong commercial understanding (ROI, payback, dealer viability)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- High execution discipline and follow-through
- Experience driving performance and compliance at dealer level
