Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Perform field visits to prospective customers (shops/malls)
- Generate leads
- Take orders and communicate with the factory/distribution
- Sales and distribution support: Support distribution for new/prospective/small customers
- Sales support: Provide support to the sales team by creating sales presentations, updating sales materials, and organizing sales-related documents
- Campaign support: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to monitor campaign performance and gather data for analysis
- Customer engagement: Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships by responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and addressing customer concerns
- Data analysis: Help collect and analyze data related to sales, marketing activities and summarize findings and contribute insights to optimize strategies
- Event coordination: Support the planning and coordination of events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Administrative tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing email communication
