Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive student acquisition, provide career counseling, and build strong relationships with educational institutions. This role requires field work (mandatory) and is open only for candidates based in Pune/PCMC.

Key Responsibilities

Student Outreach & Counseling:

Identify and engage prospective students through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

Conduct career counseling sessions for students interested in domestic and international education.

Guide students through program offerings and recommend suitable education solutions.

Ensure student satisfaction, conversions, and referrals.

Institutional Tie-Ups & Field Visits:

Initiate contact with colleges/institutions via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Conduct regular field visits to colleges in Pune/PCMC for seminars, partnerships, and tie-ups.

Present company offerings, prepare proposals, and close collaboration opportunities.

Represent the brand in college events, workshops, and seminars.

Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute growth strategies.

Track leads, maintain follow-ups, and update CRM/tools with accurate data.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Who Should Apply

Only Pune/PCMC-based candidates (field visits are mandatory).

0–1 years of experience in B2C Sales, EdTech, Counseling, Business Development, or Marketing.

Strong interest in Sales & Marketing, student success, and education.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Confident with social media and online networking tools.

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Marketing, Business, Education).
