Senior Female Business Development Manager

Experience: 8 to 10 Years (Corporate Car Rental Services – B2B Clients)

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the business development strategy for corporate clients

Build, nurture, and expand the B2B customer base

Drive revenue growth through partnerships and key accounts

Mentor and guide the sales team for performance excellence

What We're Looking For:

Strong B2B corporate sales background in the car rental or travel industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Goal-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction

Local market knowledge (Pimpri-Chinchwad / Pune area preferred)
