ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1) Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and pursue leads ( Architects & Interior Designers ) for potential clients
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting & meetings
2) Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients ( Architects & Interior Designers )
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and leading it to Sales
3) Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Negotiate Quotations and Convert the Deal to Sale .
- Close deals in line with established business objectives and revenue targets.
4) Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall financial success of the company.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business development.
PREFERED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1) Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
2) Strategic Thinker.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
Ability to develop and implement innovative business development strategies.
3) Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
4) Relationship Building
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients ( Architects & Interior Designers )
Customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
5) Negotiation Skills
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
Track record of successfully closing deals
6) Team Player
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Willingness to contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture.
