Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Developer who will play a key role in driving project inwarding by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new projects for the organisation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Create and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
- Negotiate and close business deals with prospective clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth areas.
- Lead project inwarding efforts by identifying potential business opportunities across relevant sectors.
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to project acquisition.
- Ensure timely reporting of project inwarding activities, pipeline status, and business forecasts to management
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate or post graduate having relevant experience in Entertainment and VFX or animation industry.
- 1012 years of experience in business development, or project acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
