Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Developer who will play a key role in driving project inwarding by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new projects for the organisation.

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
  4. Negotiate and close business deals with prospective clients.
  5. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth areas.
  6. Lead project inwarding efforts by identifying potential business opportunities across relevant sectors.
  7. Manage end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to project acquisition.
  8. Ensure timely reporting of project inwarding activities, pipeline status, and business forecasts to management

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Any graduate or post graduate having relevant experience in Entertainment and VFX or animation industry.
  2. 1012 years of experience in business development, or project acquisition.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
