Manager - Business Development

Business Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance partners.
- Coordinate health camps, outreach programs, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities such as tie-ups, empanelments, and partnerships.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to support decision-making.
- Prepare business performance reports and suggest strategic improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare business development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hospital management systems and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to multitask .
