Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Vadodara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies. Additionally, the role requires preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of digital design, cloud-centric software solutions, and emerging technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
