  • Cold Calling, Data Mining, Prospecting, Lead Generation, RFQ Management, Proposals alignment

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Sales Data Management: Maintain and analyze sales data using Excel and CRM tools to support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver business presentations, performance reviews, and market reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs in the Engineering Outsourcing segment.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Customer Orientation: Demonstrate service-driven behavior, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in data tracking, reporting, and CRM usage to enhance sales efficiency.

  • Possess working knowledge of Engineering Project Lifecycles including FEED, Basic Engineering, and Detailed Engineering phases.

  • Understand multi-disciplinary engineering workflows across Piping, Civil & Structural, Equipment Design, and other related areas.
  • Awareness of international codes and standards relevant to Oil & Gas and Industrial Engineering (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, ISO).
  • Ability to interpret engineering documentation and communicate effectively with technical teams and clients
