Business Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
- Meet potential customers within the industrial sector through networking, cold calling, and reference generation.
- Perform end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in industrial sales or a similar B2B sales role.
- Knowledge of industrial products, equipment, and processes is a plus.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Mobile phone and laptop necessary.
