Job Description:

Job Description *Business Development Manager* who can identify, pursue, and secure high-ticket clients in the software development industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in bidding processes on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.*, and should have a proven track record of generating quality leads and closing large-scale projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and target high-value clients for custom software development services.
- Lead the bidding process on various freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Write compelling proposals and ensure timely submissions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and met.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the software development domain.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to bring in high-ticket clients and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
