Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth in our Pharmacovigilance (PV) services, with a special emphasis on AI-driven innovations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory compliance, combined with experience in business development and knowledge of how AI can transform PV operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmacovigilance, including AI-powered services.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and client portfolio.
2. Client Engagement
- Build and sustain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and regulatory organizations.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored PV and AI-enabled solutions.
3. AI Integration in PV Services
- Drive adoption of AI tools for adverse event reporting, signal detection, and risk management.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and convert them into business opportunities.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with PV experts, AI specialists, and data scientists to design customized offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful proposals, presentations, and campaigns.
5. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competition, and evolving client needs.
- Use insights to refine strategies and service offerings.
6. Revenue Growth & KPI Achievement
- Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track and report sales performance and market dynamics to management.
