CrestIQX is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our US IT Staffing & Recruitment division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong network in the IT staffing industry, and is passionate about building client relationships.

Position Details:


• Location: Remote/Hybrid


• Shift: US Eastern Standard Time (EST)


• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in US IT staffing & recruitment


• Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition


• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in IT staffing and recruitment.


• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers in US-based companies.


• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.


• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.


• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

Client Relationship Management


• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored IT staffing solutions.


• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.


• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to address concerns and improve service offerings.


• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.

Market & Industry Analysis


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.


• Provide insights on client hiring trends, IT skill demands, and staffing challenges.


• Develop sales forecasts and strategies based on market analysis.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination


• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of staffing projects.


• Provide feedback to the recruitment team on client expectations and job requirements.


• Participate in business strategy meetings to align sales goals with company objectives.

Must-Haves:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in US IT staffing & recruitment business development.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, hiring trends, and client expectations.

Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to connect with decision-makers and establish long-term client relationships.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of lead generation, deal closing, and revenue growth.

Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-Motivation & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.

Technical Acumen: Understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
