About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Healthcare Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our footprint within the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts in the Healthcarestaffing domain.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients.
  • Stay updated with staffing industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Healthcare staffing business development.
  • Strong client network across MSPs, VMS, and direct clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
