A Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience will identify and pursue new clients through market research and outreach, build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, develop proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align with company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and market research. Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a point of contact for their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Develop and deliver customized pitches and presentations to convert prospects. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and secure profitable accounts.
  • Strategy and Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams (like marketing) to align business development goals with company strategy. Track key sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
