Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead new client acquisition and expand our enterprise footprint in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate learning ecosystem, the ability to identify opportunities, and a proven track record in selling training or talent-based solutions.

This role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with occasional travel for client meetings, events, and business reviews.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise clients across industries for Training and Talent Solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, cold outreach, and digital engagement.
  • Engage with key decision-makers including L&D Heads, HR Leaders, CIOs, and Business Unit Heads.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client challenges and propose relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.
  • Represent the organization in conferences, webinars, and customer forums to build market presence.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably in EdTech, Corporate Training, Talent Solutions, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian corporate skilling and learning landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus.
  • Based in Vadodara, Gujarat (mandatory) with willingness to travel occasionally
