Role Overview:
We are looking for a Client Onboarding & Relationship Manager to join our team in Amravati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination for weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end client onboarding process for weddings, events, and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the operations and event teams.
- Provide consistent updates, resolve client queries, and ensure a smooth event experience.
- Collaborate with vendors, planners, and the internal team for flawless execution.
- Gather feedback from clients and work on continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or event management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
- Knowledge of wedding/event industry will be a strong plus.
