Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive our key clients and form/maintain professional relationships. The ideal candidate should follow through on contract closures/renewals, play a key role in client success, handle 5-10 accounts, develop executive relationships with leadership, manage communication between clients/stakeholders, stay up-to-date on client needs, vision, IT roadmap/deviations.

This is an opportunity to accelerate partnership revenue growth, capture new opportunities, pitch relevant services to clients, identify capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies, track delivery timelines/quality to ensure highest quality deliverables are being delivered on time, present reports to senior management on account progress/goals/quaterly initiatives.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts management/customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Understanding of the sales funnel/different stages.
  • Excellent presentation/negotiation skills, ability to analyze data/sales statistics/translate into strategy.
  • Goal-oriented attitude/pro-active working style.
