Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage a portfolio of key clients to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, leveraging expertise in enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead executive-level discussions, aligning client objectives with business value.
  • Represent the client internally, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, advising clients on strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA preferred.
