- Stay informed on industry trends, advising clients on strategic decisions.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA preferred.
