Lead Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned business leader to drive growth and retention for large accounts. Key responsibilities include cross-selling products, claims advocacy, and servicing.

  • Generate new business and retain large accounts
  • Drive discussions with CXO's and Senior Directors
  • Cross-sell products with existing clients
  • Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing
  • Well-versed with different insurers and their strengths/weaknesses
  • Identify key decision-makers and determine services/products that best serve client needs
  • Conduct gap analysis of policies and negotiate better terms with markets
  • Retain and expand existing client relationships
  • Develop and maintain effective networks within the business community
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Visit insurance companies regularly for continuous engagement
  • Team management capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key requirements include:

  • Ability to manage relationships with internal/external customers, insurance partners, and vendors
  • Domain knowledge preferred
  • MBA degree
  • Technical knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures
  • Experience in insurance companies/insurance broking companies
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles with revenue growth targets
  • Deep understanding of employer market segments and purchasing styles
  • Established relationships and collaboration with teams at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with sales strategies in competitive markets
