Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of life insurance products through the Bancassurance channel (Bank partners).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff to generate leads.
- Assist bank customers with suitable product offerings and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct joint calls with bank staff for client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company and bank policies while handling customer queries.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline .
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in BFSI / Bancassurance.
- Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of the local market in Nashik is an added advantage.
