Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to drive commercial lines business growth. The ideal candidate will establish and nurture relationships with brokers, generating new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture existing broker relationships to drive business expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted partnerships and client interactions
- Manage the underwriting process, including quote sheets, conversions, and reporting
- Analyze risk exposures and provide insightful recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales or a related field
- Deep understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to analyze data and identify business opportunities
