Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will have experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, investment banking, and transaction advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of sell-side and buy-side Mergers and Acquisitions projects, including financing and fundraising
  • Assisting with targeting and approaching new clients to identify potential business opportunities
  • Creation of pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, marketing materials, and management presentations
  • Advising clients on commercial negotiation and supporting transaction structuring

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, Mergers and Acquisitions/investment banking, or transaction advisory services
  • MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a solid academic record
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and research databases

Requirements:

  • German language qualification/certification is mandatory for this role
