Job Title: Financial Expert

We are seeking an experienced Financial Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role involves providing comprehensive financial services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable guidelines.
  • Conduct statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory documents.
  • Manage audits, including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
  • Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.) and taxation tools.
