Finance Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of our finance operations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage accounting software to prepare client invoices, process vendor bills, and record expense entries.
  • Tax Compliance: Maintain knowledge of GST Returns, including GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR 9, as well as GST Reconciliation, to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Accounting Reconciliations: Independently maintain accounts, perform accounting reconciliations, and reconcile Bank and Vendor/Customer statements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare Monthly MIS reports on time to inform management of key financial metrics and contribute to monthly/annual closing assignments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, GST, and TDS fillings is highly valued.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions is essential.
  • Skills: Fundamental understanding of accounting concepts and the ability to prepare Financial Statements is required.
  • Education: An M.Com/B.Com degree or ICWA certification accompanied by 0-3 years of experience in maintaining accounts is preferred.
