Job Title: Financial Professional

Overview:

As a financial professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. This involves handling various tasks such as financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings by preparing and managing relevant documentation.
  • Prepare and track application status for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance with government authorities.
  • Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup while ensuring timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
  • Support the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Maintain financial records and adhere to accounting standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients on compliance and financial matters, addressing queries and providing support on filings and legal procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency to enhance the overall productivity of the team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent) with strong academic credentials.
  • Basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013 is essential.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation is required.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate documentation is crucial for this role.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in finance, compliance, and regulatory work is desirable.
