We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Engagement Specialist

    • As a Client Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs and expectations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
      • You will be responsible for managing client interactions, including meetings, emails, and phone calls, and ensuring that all client inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
        • Your duties will also include analyzing client feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
          • In addition, you will be required to collaborate with other teams, such as creative and media, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
            • You will be expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting minutes, action plans, and follow-up tasks.
              • Regularly reviewing and updating client information, including contact details, preferences, and project timelines, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
                • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client queries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior colleagues when necessary.
                  • Becoming familiar with our products and services, understanding their features and benefits, and being able to communicate these effectively to clients.
                    • Suggesting new business opportunities and ideas to grow our client base and increase revenue.
                      • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, building trust and credibility through regular communication and expert advice.
