We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Engagement Specialist
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- As a Client Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs and expectations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- You will be responsible for managing client interactions, including meetings, emails, and phone calls, and ensuring that all client inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Your duties will also include analyzing client feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- In addition, you will be required to collaborate with other teams, such as creative and media, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
- You will be expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting minutes, action plans, and follow-up tasks.
- Regularly reviewing and updating client information, including contact details, preferences, and project timelines, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client queries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior colleagues when necessary.
- Becoming familiar with our products and services, understanding their features and benefits, and being able to communicate these effectively to clients.
- Suggesting new business opportunities and ideas to grow our client base and increase revenue.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, building trust and credibility through regular communication and expert advice.
