We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client servicing and account management.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
