Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and driving commercial growth. You will work closely with senior account leadership to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Engagement Directors in managing regional client accounts.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to uncover unmet needs or potential service gaps.
  • Create sales materials and presentations for upsell or renewal opportunities.
  • Lead document preparation for RFI and RFP responses.
  • Coordinate QBR preparation and presentation.
  • Track win/loss data and sales KPIs.
  • Conduct research on client organization changes.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders on internal solution alignment.
  • Respond to routine client queries and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
  • Relationship development with client stakeholders and team members.
  • Presentation and pitching skills.
  • Clear and professional communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reporting tools.
  • Commercial decision making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a service delivery mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing client needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
