Job Title: Senior Manager of Learning Solutions and Consulting

Role Overview:

The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the design, delivery, and orchestration of cutting-edge learning solutions. This person will blend consulting expertise with instructional design excellence to ensure impactful, scalable, and learner-centric outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative learning solutions that integrate assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and emerging technologies.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences through storyboards, videos, simulations, and blended learning solutions.
  • Drive consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Ensure solutions align with client business goals and measurable impact.

Client Management & Delivery:

  • Lead large, complex, multi-client engagements with global scope.
  • Manage project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration, and quality assurance of digital assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Develop and deliver high-stakes presentations and pilots to senior executives.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Mentor and develop consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
  • Align resources across workstreams to foster collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in learning and development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
  • Expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience in proposal development, business development, and client expansion.
  • Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (preferred).
