We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a STEM Faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workshops and courses in STEM subjects, utilizing innovative pedagogical approaches.

The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education, a Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, and a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or an equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective capacity building program plans in STEM, providing strategic inputs for the academic calendar, and collaborating with other subject teams.
• Analyze feedback from training programs and integrate it into subsequent trainings.
• Provide leadership for the STEM program, aligning it with current educational policies and guidelines.
• Conduct research-based specialized content development and instruction to achieve workshop goals and objectives.
• Regularly conduct training need assessments, baseline, and end-line evaluations to assess program effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• M.Sc. (Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry), B.Ed or an equivalent degree.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.
