Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop targeted solutions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Analyse client requirements, create tailored briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide in-depth analysis, and present actionable insights to clients.
  • Suggest innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth and improve market share.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and deliver projects on time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client management and account servicing.
  • Thorough understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
