EdTech Account Manager and Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned EdTech professional to join our team as an Account Manager and Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure seamless communication and timely issue resolution, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Growth & Expansion:
  • Take ownership of business growth initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to onboard new clients and drive sustainable growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, leveraging your knowledge of the EdTech industry and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, expanding our reach and impact in the education sector.
  • Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:
  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, providing expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Manage and support institutions during the initial stages of adoption, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Training & Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our platform.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs, addressing specific needs and goals of our clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting our approach as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze growth metrics, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth and a commitment to excellence.
