Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the Broker Acquisition department. The role involves managing leads, sales, and business development for the region.

  • Data management is crucial to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and track other key parameters.
  • Clients acquisition campaigns and lead generation are essential to build a strong brand for property services in the respective region.

The responsibilities also include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
  • Mapping new projects & new brokers in designated territories and acquiring new projects and new brokers to ensure coverage across designated territories.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree with 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
  • Experience working in a real estate business.
  • An outgoing personality, confidence & self-motivation, and dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Resilience and persistence.
  • Possess passion for selling and dexterity in communicating with people at all levels.
  • Strong implementation skills.
