Dynamic Relationship Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients—ensuring their journey from inquiry to engagement is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses.
- Provide clear and concise information about our health transformation programs.
- Guide new leads through the onboarding and re-enrolment process while coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth integration.
- Maintain, manage, and update client data using our CRM tools and systems.
- Support clients with after-engagement needs, escalate concerns when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.
- Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required.
- Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.
- Meet monthly client conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a consultative and empathetic tone
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Client-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to take ownership and deliver results
- Comfort with CRM tools, Excel, and data handling
