
Strategic Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT account manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow and maintain our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals, fostering trust and loyalty through consultative sales approaches.
- Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services, promoting effective solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and emerging technologies to provide consultative insights to clients, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred), with a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development, with a passion for staying current with industry advancements.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, with experience using data analytics to drive business outcomes.
