Key Responsibilities:
Digital Sales Growth
- Drive New Customer Acquisition (NCA), new SIP registrations, and SIP book growth.
- Maximize market share on fintech platforms through optimized digital campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, average transaction value, and user retention to track effectiveness.
Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new fintech partners and other digital distributors.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with sales goals.
Platform Integration & Optimization
- Collaborate with fintech partners and internal tech teams for API integration.
- Ensure smooth user experiences that drive investor engagement and transactions.
- Act as a single point of contact for resolving tech-related partner issues.
Customer Retention
- Design and execute retention strategies for digitally acquired customers.
- Analyze customer and partner data to uncover growth and retention opportunities.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales and partner performance.
- Provide regular performance and market trend reports to stakeholders.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all digital sales activities meet regulatory and industry best-practice standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in digital sales, fintech, partnerships, or asset management.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, partner management, and retention strategies.
- Good understanding of digital distribution models, APIs, and fintech ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and technology teams.
