Role Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Manager
to oversee pricing strategy, optimize occupancy, and maximize overall profitability across our villa portfolio.

This role blends
data-driven decision-making
with a deep understanding of
hospitality trends, customer psychology, and digital distribution
.

You'll work closely with the leadership team to develop strategies that ensure Villazio maintains its edge in a competitive market while delivering exceptional guest value.

This is a
full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    pricing and revenue management strategies
    across all Villazio properties
  • Monitor booking trends, lead times, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize occupancy and yield across OTAs, direct booking channels, and partner networks
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align pricing, promotions, and demand generation
  • Analyze key metrics — RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, conversion rates — and prepare performance reports
  • Manage rate parity and inventory distribution across OTAs, PMS, and CRM systems
  • Suggest strategies to enhance
    direct bookings
    and reduce dependency on external channels
  • Forecast demand and recommend inventory and pricing actions for peak and off-peak seasons

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Management or Yield Management (vacation rental industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Familiarity with OTA dashboards, PMS, and channel management tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
