Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and performance-driven Team Leader – Sales & Operations to lead our sales team, manage daily business operations, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and student enrollments.

* Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.

* Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

* Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for seamless coordination.

* Analyze sales data and prepare performance and forecasting reports.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations efficiently.

* Maintain process compliance and ensure team adherence to organizational policies.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.

* Strong understanding of operations management and workflow optimization.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Service industry preferred.

* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
